PRACTICE TEACHING- WEEK 3 ( 18-01-2022 to 22-01-2022)

 This was the last week of offline classes in school. Due to the hike in covid pandemic cases, the classes for students till 9th STD are being taken via online mode from next week onwards.

This week was very productive.

I was able to take a class using role play strategy and the students loved it. They understood the content well.

During this week I also collected a feedback from the students regarding my class. The responses were so heart warming that infact it made my day. My friends and I also planned to conduct two awareness programs on 20th January 2022 as per the BEd curriculum. We took permission from the school authorities and as well as from our college teachers.

The first program was about "Good touch and Bad Touch" in which we gave the students of 8th and 9th STD an awareness about child abuse. We also asked them to make a poster regarding the same based on their understanding.

The students were very cooperative and gave us a desired output.

The second program was about safety and first aid. We named the program as " safety first". My friends and I gave students an awareness about various first aid to be given for different incidents. The feedback from students were great.

The was also training program for NCC students.

On 21/01/2022 and 22/01/2022 I took online classes of 30minutes each for 8th STD students .
